SCSI
implemented an I-Direct International Network Hub located out of our
Opa-Locka, Florida International Teleport. The I-Direct Network provides
connectivity to over 50 IP-based networks. Thus, enables the customers’
the capability of connecting to the world from remote areas where
conventional telecommunications are not available or economically
feasible. Most impressive is the Telco-Switch service that employs
Tier-1 US carrier class service to the network user. SCSI’s I-Direct
International Network currently covers the Americas, Caribbean, and West
Africa with the following Bandwidth Spectrum and Satellites: Ku-Band /
AMC-12, C-Band / PAS-1R, & C-Band / SatMex-6.
SCSI was contracted by
COTAS, a major Bolivian Telecom company, for turn-key service of
implementing a TMDA Mesh Network System and Satellite Bandwidth
throughout the country. Over 15-VSAT site installations coupled with
the TDMA System enabled COTAS to inter-connect Bolivia’s major banks and
private business with Internet, Secure Data Transfers, Telephone
Switching and VoIP capabilities. Over 12Mb of satellite bandwidth for
in-country use and back haul for US Connectivity via SCSI’s 24/7 US
Teleport was included as part of the turn-key service. After nearly
10-years, the system is still operational and seamless integrates with
latest telecom technology standards of today (2007).
Engineered/purchased/integrated
and installed a two way high speed digital satellite network in Malaysia
for Celcom Microwave. This five site network utilizes voice, data and
video applications. The Celcom network works in conjunction with
cellular telephone technology to establish connectivity between islands.
Designed/installed
an International Digital Service Network for Motta International, Colon
Free Zone, Republic of Panama. The network links Motta International in
Panama with their US subsidiary, Crossroads, Inc. in the Miami Free
Zone. The network is comprised of an on-site earth station at Motta
International, multiplexed satellite link over PanAmSat's PAS-1R to
International Teleport, Inc. in North Miami and a dedicated link to
Crossroads.
