Satellite Communication Systems Inc. offers network connected on demand satellite services, where the satellite station and associated terminal equipment maintain continuous network connectivity using a TDMA keep alive burst carrier. Available network connectivity options for each terminal are programmed  into the network control computer. Bandwidth and services are provided "on demand". On demand services are point-to-point, point-to-multipoint or provided as a part of full mesh group. Organizations may purchase a private bandwidth pool that is used to communicate between terminals, the Internet and other connected networks. Terminals can also use common bandwidth pools provided on the PAS-1R and AMC-4 satellites. Both services are priced by 64Kpbs increments.
